a)you need to download ics rom 4.0.4 and place the 4.0.4 firmware in /firmware folder of flashtool than run flash tool in flashmode than click wipe cache and follow the steps below:
c) Download the XperiaRoot.rev3 from here.
Extract the files on your pc.
Than connect your device to the computer, and run the file "01-local-prop".
d)Follow the instruction on your screen.
When finished, /data/local.prop should be edited as desired.
Final step
e) From the Xperia-ROOT.rev3.zip file you downloaded earlier in step c, open the file 02-push-root-files.cmd.
